Synopsis dexter season 5 episode 10 – Michael C. Hall stars in the fifth season of the popular series about a Miami forensics investigator hiding a secret life as a serial killer.
Now that Season 5 has officially found its footing, the slower pace of the staging episodes that littered the first half of the season are now a distant memory. In their stead are sessions like Take It [Episode 8] and Teenage Wasteland [Episode 9], which have had this (and many) viewers on pins and needles. It's been a while since I've had that anxiety feeling like when the Trinity Killer whispered "Hello Dexter Morgan," and I don't quite think my heart is quite ready for these last three episodes of the season.
As we head into the fourth quarter of the "Blood Bowl", Dexter's game plan is falling apart by the second. Where his actions used to adhere to the strict X's and O's that Harry chalked up, he's now calling audibles that are losing yardage. Dexter Season 5 Episode 10
But is that a good thing? Definitely. We know that the show can't rinse and repeat the process of presenting a villain only to have Dexter off him (or her) and continue to get away scot-free. His wife lost her life in Season 4 and he can possibly lose his in Season 5? Not literally, of course, but his freedom is seriously up for grabs as he fends off Stan Liddy, Quinn and inevitably his own sister Debra.
Indeed, the house of cards is tumbling. Dexter should've heeded the advice of of Egon Spengler in The Ghostbusters: "Don't cross the streams." In this case, he's crossed the different parts of his life and it won't be long before his Miami Metro friends put the puzzle together. Is Dexter ready for his back to be truly against the wall? I don't think so (and I'm not either, for the record).
